2. Our Commitment

Elevator Video Pitch(C) Limited is committed to providing a safe and trusted website at evpitch.com and mobile app (EVPitch pro recruitment app).

We have a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers children. (or adults).

The EVPitch website and EVPitch Pro Recruitment Mobile App does not permit, support, facilitate, or promote any form of child sexual abuse, child exploitation or child or adult slavery.

This prohibition applies to all users, accounts, communications, profiles, content, and activities conducted through or in connection with our website or with the app.

3. Age Requirement

evpitch.com and EVPitch Pro Recruitment App is intended only for individuals aged 16 years and over. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use our platform.

If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will remove the account and delete associated personal information.

If an account is suspected of belonging to someone under 16, we will suspend the account and request age verification from the user within 30 days. If age verification is not provided, the account will be deleted with no further contact made.

4. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on EVPitch:

  1. Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, distributing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  2. Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with children.
  3. Soliciting or facilitating child exploitation.
  4. Human trafficking or exploitation involving children.
  5. Any illegal or abusive activity involving children.
  6. Sextortion or sexual blackmail of a child
  7. Using the EVPitch Pro Recruitment App or evpitch.com to facilitate, arrange, or encourage sexual exploitation of children.
  8. Any other conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, endangers, or facilitates the exploitation of a child.

Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination and will be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting Concerns

If you believe content or behaviour on our website or through our mobile app may place a child at risk or violates this policy, please report it immediately by contacting Malachi Adebayo at admin@evpitch.com

If a recruiter or company receives a job application and elevator video pitch from a user suspected to be under the age of 16, please report the application immediately by contacting Malachi Adebayo at admin@evpitch.com

We will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.

As Elevator Video Pitch(C) Limited grows, we will continue to strengthen our safeguarding measures, moderation processes and reporting mechanisms to help keep our platform safe for all users.

Although EVPitch is a newly established company and has not yet commenced trading, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking.
