1. EVPitch Child Safety and CSAE Statement

2. Our Commitment
EVPitch is committed to providing a safe and trusted platform. We have a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers children.
3. Age Requirement
EVPitch is intended only for individuals aged 16 years and over. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use our platform.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will suspend or remove the account and delete associated personal information where appropriate.
4. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on EVPitch:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content that sexualises or exploits children.
- Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Soliciting or facilitating child exploitation.
- Human trafficking or exploitation involving children.
- Any illegal or abusive activity involving minors.
Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you believe content or behaviour on EVPitch may place a child at risk or violates this policy, please report it immediately by contacting:admin@evpitch.com
We will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.
6. Our Commitment to Improvement
As EVPitch grows, we will continue to strengthen our safeguarding measures, moderation processes and reporting mechanisms to help keep our platform safe for all users.
EVPitch Modern Slavery CSAE Statement
EVPitch is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity.
Although EVPitch is a newly established company and has not yet commenced trading, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking.
As our business grows, we are committed to:
- Working only with reputable suppliers and service providers.
- Promoting fair and lawful employment practices.
- Complying with applicable employment and human rights legislation.
- Reviewing our supply chain risks as part of our supplier onboarding process.
- Taking appropriate action if we identify any concerns relating to modern slavery.
We expect our employees, contractors and suppliers to uphold these same standards.
This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as EVPitch develops its operations.
